60th Anniversary of Peanuts Celebration at Charles M. Schulz Museum this Saturday

I am volunteering at the Charles M. Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa California this Saturday where 16 cartoonists will be attending to help celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Peanuts comic strip.  The Sacramento Bee is reporting that the cartoonists that will be on hand will be  Brent Anderson, Michael Capozzola, Alexis Fajardo, Brian Fies, Shaenon Garrity, Debbie Huey, Greg Knight, Jonathan Lemon, Brian Narelle, Thien Pham, Lark Pien and Frank Roberson.  Headlining is the creator of “Bizarro” Dan Piraro who is this year’s winner of the National Cartoonists Society’s Reuben Award for cartoonist of the year.

It should be a fun time.  More information about the museum check out SchulzMuseum.org
