Morley Safer talks to 60 Minutes about New Yorker Cartoonist

I enjoyed the segment of 60 Minutes. Its all about the failure that cartoonists have when submitting cartoons to magazines and newspapers. New Yorker especially is famous for their pickiness, but that is how the best cartoons come to the top. I personally have never submitted a cartoon to the New Yorker. Maybe its because I’ve never been to the opera. Come to think of it I’ve never been to New York. But I have been rejected by magazines and newspapers alike. Even so its nice to see cartoonists get a little spot light on TV every once and a while.
